About this session
Discover one of the most famous collections of armour in the world. In this active hands-on session, your pupils will investigate the purpose and style of armour, and the materials used to make it. Through armour handling, sketching and discussion, pupils will learn how armour evolved and how different ranks, from knights to foot soldiers, protected themselves in battle.
